Where's my invoice?
An invoice is sent to the buyer's email as soon as the order is fulfilled. If the buyer can't locate the email with the PDF invoice, please email accounting@super-dry.com
Do you offer credit terms?
We don’t offer credit terms. We can refer you to a local distributor if you whish to obtain Net 30 credit terms.
What's the email of the accounting department?

Do you offer re-seller, distributor or wholesale discounts?

Does Super-Dry Systems sell internationally?
Yes. For international orders please visit our US online store. We ship worldwide via UPS. If our store does not return a shipping rate for your location, please email info@super-dry.com. (Please indicate the full address including the postal code. We can not ship to a P.O. Box).
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Will you ship using my carrier "collect"?
No, we don’t ship “collect” or 3rdparty. All shipments to Australia are sent pre-paid and charge. Read more about Shipping & Returns.
Will you send me an order confirmation and tracking information?
Yes, as soon as you place an order your will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse (between 1-2 business days) you will get a second email with your tracking information.
